Worst mistake my company made hiring rts as our factoring co. Don't sign because rts has a $5000 buyout very unprofessional t I give rts a 0 once you sign they have a $5000 buyout if your dissatisfied and want to leave before your contact expires. My contract expires 5-28-2024. I ask for a release now rts is saying my contract expires 5-28-2025 "Forgery" 5 months ago OTR was going to factor us but since contract hadn't expired with rts and $5000 I wasn't going to pay out my pocket. So we decided to stay till May. It's so much negative views I don't have time to write it all.

Great After using multiple factoring services i finally came across the best factoring service.

Everyone that I worked with was extremely responsive to emails and phone calls. All questions were answered within a reasonable time. Someone was always available to take my call and help me understand exactly what to do, the right way.

I have been factoring with RTS for… I have been factoring with RTS for months . I continually catch them over charging percentage and they are taking FOREVER to give me a refund . I called them Out on the wrong percentage being charged and it’s happening again. They are robbing me !! I do not recommend this predatory company!

Get away as far as possible. Factoring company which instead of helping, is drowning it's small clients. Under excuse that they can't confirm the rate with the broker, they don't pay out the submission. We offered to help in reaching out to the broker, to speed up the process, but team 64 never responded and the supervisor doesn't answer the phone.
