I also liked that the distribution for each property was proudly displayed and searchable. - Secondary Marketplace should also be sortable for distribution. - Total Value - should reflect any loss/gains that my current portfolio have based on current secondary market pricing.

Very Happy with Response… Rui Wang with ARK7 scheduled a meeting with me to answer my questions. She made me feel comfortable as new investor to Ark7 and went above and beyond explaining how Ark7 works. She was very informative, and as a result I will be most likely investing in more properties in the near future.

I'm a newbie to real estate… I'm a newbie to real estate investments. Ark7 is easy to use and does a good job of introducing investors to the process. They are transparent regarding which investment properties are available, and what their current rates of return are.

flexibility I was told it cannot be linked to Mint due to safety reasons. However, Mint has been linked in numerous financial firms safely. Surely I cannot argue with the safety side, but I am not sure the availability of this choice should be a problem. Also, I expect to see a broader coverage of market.
