Ark7 continues to impress. I've made several investments on the Ark7 platform over the past two years. Navigating the app or through a browser works equally as well. Their platform is smartly thought out, very user friendly. Communication and processing orders has been top notch!

Ark7 is an Awesome Investment Platform I have been using Ark7 for about a month. I have found this platform to be very user friendly and it gives a fractional realty investor an opportunity to own a piece of great real estate / properties in heavily desired locations. I have purchased a lot of shares in the secondary market which is an awesome feature. I would like to see more new properties with shares for sale - these are pretty limited. I would also like to know more about the long-term sale strategy for each property which will aid in capturing the total return picture (like Arrived does). Overall, I have had a great experience using the Ark7 platform and intend to invest in more prime properties with higher dividend income coupled with long-term growth potential.

Pretty good so far Overall I would say Ark7 does a good job of making useful information easily accessible and makes it easy to invest. However, there were a couple small annoyances for me. It wasn't immediately obvious to me that certain properties are only for accredited investors. After I figured that out I identified a different property I was interested in before I signed up. Then I found out the only property actually still not fully funded was the one I was least interested in. None of the other properties on the front page were up to date. Thankfully there's stuff available on the secondary market, but it takes a few days to add money to the account and to process purchasing shares.

Low return The concept is exactly what I’m looking for but the return is too low to warrant any serious investment. Ex. $117 invested with $.19 monthly dividend.

Easy signup Easy signup, simple funding through Plaid linked bank account. Could use more information on what to expect once funds are transferred and order is placed (like timing to expect and process steps).
