Exceptional EquityZen I went to EquityZen with no idea of the process and a very short timeline to sell my shares. The advisor was very, very helpful in explaining the process and ensuring that I was able to make informed decisions that were in my interest.

EquityZen without asking or informing… EquityZen without asking or informing me sold my investment and bought some other investment for 50% loss and then again liquidated the new investment for 20% of the price, in net i lost 80% of my investment. This is a huge loss for me and will never trust not only EquityZen but also any other private investments. There was no transparency and I am highly suspicious with what happened. Highly recommend to stay away from this company

Several attempts to contact anyone or someone at equityzen has been in vain. I am left with no choice but explore legal or federal government options. Please DONOT invest with EquityZen!!!
