Good platform, but joining in frequent tender offers. It is a good platform and has many merits. My concern is that fund managers tend to join tender offers rather than reject them, meaning that your shares will be sold before its full growth (e.g., by going public or being acquired). In my experience, fund managers decided to join a tender offer for shares I held already more than 2 years. About 6 to 10 months later (I cannot remember exactly how many months), I was notified that fund managers are considering to join another tender offer. If you are an investor seeking a high-risk-high-return opportunity in unlisted company, this platform may not align with your expectation.

Especially when those emails either go unanswered or have a delayed response time. When you invest over $80,000, you don't expect to be given the bum's rush when you have a question. That's why I have subsequently opened an account with LINQTO and plan to give them first consideration for my next venture-type investment.

Non existent customer care, no live agent chat, modification of deals are hard even though there's lot of time ahead Once reservation is confirmed it's hard to edit / modify it even if there's plenty of time before fund being pulled. Sometimes funds are pulled few days before the mentioned date that it is supposed to be. Customer care feels non-existent. Chat bot during business hour doesn't work. Can't get anybody over phone calls either. As a result, we waste some time!
