USWASTE OF TIME I went through 3 different verification steps - a text to my phone, an email with a clickable link, and an other email with a second verification code. My bank approved the transaction. A while later I received cancellation notice from Gift Card Granny. No reason given. They tied up my funds for days because the charge is pending.

USE-gift cards I have been buying from Gift Card Granny for years. I have never had a problem getting an e-gift to anybody I've ever ordered for. Christmas 2023 I bought my brother-in-law a $100 e-gift card. 4 months later he tells me he cannot located in his emails. I contacted gift card granny and explained what happened. I did not have a certificate number to give them. I only had my name and email address and his name and email address. They immediately found his certificate and noted he received it but it was not used. Within minutes they sent him a replacement e-gift! I highly recommend gift card granny for all your e-gifts for any age. I will continue to be using them.

USWorst Service Ever...!! Worst Service Ever...!! I tried to buy a gift card for a vendor with my corporate credit card. After they APPROVED my order and I told my vendor their gift card was on the way (I paid extra, FED EX 2-DAY), 2 days later Gift Card Granny sends me an email stating my order was cancelled due to potential fraud. I sent a message to their customer service team letting them know I used my corporate credit card for the purchase and I work for the bank who issued the card. I also called the bank and they said there was no problem with the card or any transactions. Gift Card Granny's customer service replied and told me they would not speak to me about the situation because I could be a fraudster. Really...??? So now my vendor is not getting the gift card I promised them and I have to go somewhere else to get the gift card I needed 2 days ago. Gift Card Granny has the WORST customer support when they will approve, then deny a transaction 2 days later, and then refuse to speak to the customer and explain what's going on. Do yourself a favor and find another gift card vendor...!!

USI TRIED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE TO SAY I… I TRIED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE TO SAY I NEVER RECIEVED THE MERCHANDISE ( I THINK I WAS SCAMMED) AND WANTED TO ASK THEM TO REVERSE THE CHARGES, BUT ALL I GET IS CHAT NOW ASKING IF I RECIEVED THE CARD OVER AND OVER AGAIN.. BEST ADVISE GET A REAL VISA CARD NOT A GRANNY

USI ordered a Visa gift card as a… I ordered a Visa gift card as a Christmas present. Even after registering the card it was declined. The recipient tried it at Walmart, Amazon and Publix and was declined at each place. I was unable to get assistance from their non-existent customer service. Now I'm out $100 and recommend staying far far away from this sham of a company.
