Worst ever for communication Worst ever for communication! 1 phone number is disconnected, can't get ahold of a real person! Trying to settle a dispute, but have gotten nowhere! This company is probably raking in the cash, but to cheap to spend on operators for customer service! Don't trust, Gift Card Granny!!

E-gift cards I have been buying from Gift Card Granny for years. I have never had a problem getting an e-gift to anybody I've ever ordered for. Christmas 2023 I bought my brother-in-law a $100 e-gift card. 4 months later he tells me he cannot located in his emails. I contacted gift card granny and explained what happened. I did not have a certificate number to give them. I only had my name and email address and his name and email address. They immediately found his certificate and noted he received it but it was not used. Within minutes they sent him a replacement e-gift! I highly recommend gift card granny for all your e-gifts for any age. I will continue to be using them.

I also added a beautiful card with a message in it. This is a Pittsburgh based business and I’m from Pittsburgh and we are honest people. The gift card arrived in time for my sister’s birthday. Apparently credit card companies put… Apparently credit card companies put out alerts on gift card purchases, which leads to some cancellations. My gift card did go thru but was cancelled on several occasions as well. An erratic and frustrating process. Now I am waiting for processing on another gift card order. A long wait.

I receive several Walmart gift cards… I receive several Walmart gift cards from family. Recently I get notified that there are 2 cards to open, but I’m having a heck of a time figuring out which gift cards have been used and which have not. Am I missing something? Can I delete the ones that are used to avoid confusion?
