GBI sent a gift card to a difficult… I sent a gift card to a difficult person. She did not get it in the time in which I was told by no fault of Granny. The USPS was so slow in getting the mail delivered on that time frame. Not the first time USPS did not deliver in a timely fashion. I had called and spoke to a wonderful young lady at Granny and we together decided to give the mail a few more days. It took them to the wire. Granny and personnel are perfect and I will select them for my needs again.

GBThe Great Website The website was very easy to use. It's nice I could have it shipped directly to the recipient so I didn't have to shop for it then send it. Also loved the option to personalize it with my own photo. I will definitely use your website again when the need arises.

GBI receive several Walmart gift cards… I receive several Walmart gift cards from family. Recently I get notified that there are 2 cards to open, but I’m having a heck of a time figuring out which gift cards have been used and which have not. Am I missing something? Can I delete the ones that are used to avoid confusion?

GBWorst Service Ever...!! Worst Service Ever...!! I tried to buy a gift card for a vendor with my corporate credit card. After they APPROVED my order and I told my vendor their gift card was on the way (I paid extra, FED EX 2-DAY), 2 days later Gift Card Granny sends me an email stating my order was cancelled due to potential fraud. I sent a message to their customer service team letting them know I used my corporate credit card for the purchase and I work for the bank who issued the card. I also called the bank and they said there was no problem with the card or any transactions. Gift Card Granny's customer service replied and told me they would not speak to me about the situation because I could be a fraudster. Really...??? So now my vendor is not getting the gift card I promised them and I have to go somewhere else to get the gift card I needed 2 days ago. Gift Card Granny has the WORST customer support when they will approve, then deny a transaction 2 days later, and then refuse to speak to the customer and explain what's going on. Do yourself a favor and find another gift card vendor...!!

GBGood service Good service. I like the convenience. I have had issues with multiple cards on a single order. Website does not permit using the TAB key to complete a line entry and jump to the next field which is bad. Also, if you copy a prior card it's not easy moving through it to edit it with other info. As such, it's taken more time than I would like, but other than these small issues I am thrilled with the service.
