GBNow that I know the process of… Now that I know the process of navigating the pathetic website, I had no issues. However, your debit card provider still has not been able to fix my site access. After months of very slow response with no resolution, I’ve given up.

GBETC is a helpful custodian. ETC is quick to process transactions. They make sure the transaction is legally compliant. They have some very useful tools to review how investments are performing. The staff is knowledgable and friendly.

GBTerrible experience… Terrible experience trying to transfer funds IN after setting up my account. It’s taking almost a full month and still no answers. Three representatives and over 50 minutes on hold, still no answers. I’ve sent emails to which I receive a response that they would call but they don’t. Not impressed at all.

GBWhen funding my account I was one… When funding my account I was one dollar over the amount to cost me $700 instead of $500 annual fee. Of course I wasn't advised to fund it with $1 less. They said they'd credit me the $200. It's been 3 months of 12 emails and phone calls and still no credit. Everything with them is slow and cumbersome. They're like dealing with the Federal Gov't Bureaucracy! Once this house flip is complete, I'm done with Equity Trust forever!
