GBHorrible to do business with Horrible to do business with. Never prompt in dealing with your accounts in any timely manner. It will take numerous calls. They will give you the run-around. Heavy fees riddled into any documents or forms they require. They have many complaints from clients that I know that have done business with them, besides other financial mangers and those managers have warned me about them. They advised me to get my money out of their institutions as fast as I can and be persistent because they will make it difficult. They are a terrible business operation.

GBI have updated my beneficiary I have updated my beneficiary. The electronic form changed the account owner's name and there were no way to fix it. I have called numerous times for this to be fixed. Now they are writing letters to me with a wrong name. Such serious security flow and nothing is fixed for weeks. Horrible unacceptable negligence. Lost trust in this company.

GBTime zone differences Great assistance with the selling of a piece of real estate. Documents signed and returned in a timely manner. However, during the closing, some last minute issues need to be addressed. The issues came up after a little after 4pm Chicago time which was after 5pm eastern time, and it was dificult to find someone in ETC's closing department. However, we did find last minute assistance with Gold Level Team.
