When funding my account I was one… When funding my account I was one dollar over the amount to cost me $700 instead of $500 annual fee. Of course I wasn't advised to fund it with $1 less. They said they'd credit me the $200. It's been 3 months of 12 emails and phone calls and still no credit. Everything with them is slow and cumbersome. They're like dealing with the Federal Gov't Bureaucracy! Once this house flip is complete, I'm done with Equity Trust forever!

My experience with Equity Trust was… My experience with Equity Trust was lousy at best. I sold two properties that were acquire through Equity Trust and both almost a full month for me to have access to my funds which were transferred out. Funds should be available immediately for whatever I choose! They purposely seem to not belong to standard banking wire transfer groups so they can play the float while checks are sent via snail mail taking up to two weeks to transfer.... There customer service regarding this was terrible!

Readily Available. This was the first time I did a self directed IRA and I should have planned alot sooner to get it all in line but Equity Trust was fully available to help me get this deal closed on time and funded. Thanks a million looking forward to repeating with your company and doing the master class.
