We were not only refinancing our home but also removing one person from the deed and adding two more to the deed. Erik Roger is a rock star!!! I wanted to refinance my mortgage so I could take the equity out to payoff my chapter 13bankruptcy, and I was told by several lender this is not possible. Well, they were wrong, I did my research and this is when I met Erik Rogers with Refi.com.
