Ms Rachel Ross was extremely helpful… Ms Rachel Ross was extremely helpful throughout the whole experience. Ms Ross would call with any updates or if any paperwork needed to be signed. Ms. Ross was courteous and kind and the process was the fastest I've ever seen. Ms. Ross made it her mission to ensure that all questions that I may have had were answered and if there was anything I didn't understand she took the time out to help me understand it. Awesome experience!!

Michelle Wright at Refi.com is the best… Michelle Wright at Refi.com is the best , my refi was a bit different then a typical refinance. We were not only refinancing our home but also removing one person from the deed and adding two more to the deed.
