Erik Roger is a rock star!!! I wanted to refinance my mortgage so I could take the equity out to payoff my chapter 13bankruptcy, and I was told by several lender this is not possible. Well, they were wrong, I did my research and this is when I met Erik Rogers with Refi.com. Erik informed me I could refinance my mortgage and he provided me with all the information I needed to start the process. He knew which lenders to contact and provided all the paperwork I needed to start the process. We ran into a couple of snags along the way, but Erik did not give up on the process and he continued looking for a lender that would work with me. He found a lender and I did refinance my mortgage. Jesse Herrera was my loan officer Jesse Herrera was my loan officer. He was very professional, tough under pressure, and delivered a successful loan despite challenges. I was referred to Jesse by Martha Cannady at Merrill Lynch. I was originally going through Bank of America for my home loan, but they were over a month past the original escrow date close estimate and kept reducing my loan amount from what the pre-approval letter promised. Jesse came in and doubled my loan size and closed in a little over two weeks. He communicated with me through the whole process keeping me and my realtor updated. I would refer him to any of my closest friends and know they were in good hands.

Michelle was so helpful with purchasing… Michelle was so helpful with purchasing our first home! She was very responsive and informative through out the whole process. I’ll admit the home buying process was a bit intimidating going into it but Michelle made it such a smooth and painless process. We will definitely be coming back if we ever decide to buy a house again.

Rachel Ross is a wonderful loan officer very easy to communicate with and understand your questions and can help you answer all of them. She is very efficient with her job I was told by many refinance company's that I could not refinance my house and car together but Rachel Ross proved them all wrong.
