Erik Roger is a rock star!!! I wanted to refinance my mortgage so I could take the equity out to payoff my chapter 13bankruptcy, and I was told by several lender this is not possible. Well, they were wrong, I did my research and this is when I met Erik Rogers with Refi.com. Erik informed me I could refinance my mortgage and he provided me with all the information I needed to start the process. Jesse Herrera was my loan officer Jesse Herrera was my loan officer. He was very professional, tough under pressure, and delivered a successful loan despite challenges. I was referred to Jesse by Martha Cannady at Merrill Lynch. I was originally going through Bank of America for my home loan, but they were over a month past the original escrow date close estimate and kept reducing my loan amount from what the pre-approval letter promised. Jesse came in and doubled my loan size and closed in a little over two weeks. He communicated with me through the whole process keeping me and my realtor updated. I would refer him to any of my closest friends and know they were in good hands.
