Erik Roger is a rock star!!! I wanted to refinance my mortgage so I could take the equity out to payoff my chapter 13bankruptcy, and I was told by several lender this is not possible. Well, they were wrong, I did my research and this is when I met Erik Rogers with Refi.com. Erik informed me I could refinance my mortgage and he provided me with all the information I needed to start the process. He knew which lenders to contact and provided all the paperwork I needed to start the process. We ran into a couple of snags along the way, but Erik did not give up on the process and he continued looking for a lender that would work with me. He found a lender and I did refinance my mortgage. He did an amazing job helping me through the whole process and every time I had a question he was right there to answer them. I am truly grateful for all of Erik's help. Ms Rachel Ross was extremely helpful… Ms Rachel Ross was extremely helpful throughout the whole experience. Ms Ross would call with any updates or if any paperwork needed to be signed. Ms. Ross was courteous and kind and the process was the fastest I've ever seen. Ms. Ross made it her mission to ensure that all questions that I may have had were answered and if there was anything I didn't understand she took the time out to help me understand it. Awesome experience!!

Jesse Herrera was my loan officer Jesse Herrera was my loan officer. He was very professional, tough under pressure, and delivered a successful loan despite challenges. I was referred to Jesse by Martha Cannady at Merrill Lynch. I was originally going through Bank of America for my home loan, but they were over a month past the original escrow date close estimate and kept reducing my loan amount from what the pre-approval letter promised. Jesse came in and doubled my loan size and closed in a little over two weeks. He communicated with me through the whole process keeping me and my realtor updated. I would refer him to any of my closest friends and know they were in good hands.

Rachel Ross was truly amazing and… Rachel Ross was truly amazing and magical to work with, a juggernaut in her field. She answered every question and solved every problem. After trying to refinance for 2 years, she made it happen. My family and I are so thankful for her hard work.
