Guess what....the worst never happened. Dave Wick, my MLO was on top of my file from the git go and never missed a deadline through closing. Marcia Maes, his processor was aMAESing, sorry. Communication was consistent, clear and understandable, with a minimum of lender speak. Promises made were delivered without fail.
