Fantastic customer care We started our refinance loan process in February 2020, and hit a snag when the COVID situation caused interest rates to go up and had to put the process on hold. The AZ Home Loans team stayed in constant contact with us to let us know what was happening and to check on us until things were finally at a point where we could move forward.
