I was just coming off a recent divorce and had limited funds available due to unsold real estate, yet they were still able to secure me a loan and get me pre-approved. My new home was completed during the virus, which presented other problems and additional requirements, and once again they worked hard to get my loan closed, and at the original closing date. Highly recommend!

They never got frustrated when I ask multiple questions or didn’t full understand a step. They would instead explain it differently in a way I would understand. They sent out a wonderful Notary to my home to sign all the final documents. And we ended with a much lower rate than we initially expected. I could not be happier with the customer service we received from everyone!
