I first worked with Josh Hartson to get the ball rolling and get all the necessary paperwork and documents together. He made a nice smooth transition to Ashley Marbury to help process everything! They sent out a wonderful Notary to my home to sign all the final documents. And we ended with a much lower rate than we initially expected.
