Alina Wagner and Marcia Maes were so patient, organized, communicated. They even took our calls when they weren't in the office yet. So glad we didn't go to a traditional bank/credit union. It was wonderful working with the same team throughout the entire process.

Fantastic customer care We started our refinance loan process in February 2020, and hit a snag when the COVID situation caused interest rates to go up and had to put the process on hold. The AZ Home Loans team stayed in constant contact with us to let us know what was happening and to check on us until things were finally at a point where we could move forward.

They sent out a wonderful Notary to my home to sign all the final documents. And we ended with a much lower rate than we initially expected.
