Initially there was a step missed that caused a slight delay, but we couldn’t be upset because it ended up getting us a lower rate overall. We were able to sign the documents in the comfort of our own home which was super convenient and appreciated. Would recommend!

We bought our vacation home with… We bought our vacation home with Federated Lending and they were awesome ! Transaction went smooth as silk; no problems, and very informative from start to finish. Our Realtor was quite impressed with them as well after she had recommended her in-house mortgage company. When we looked into Refinancing, we called the Lender our loan had been sold to, and found out the rates were higher than going back via Federated !
