This is the fourth time we have used… This is the fourth time we have used Federated Lending. Each time the experience has been top notch. The staff is professional and efficient. Andy is outstanding at walking us through the process, following up and making sure the process runs smoothly. Have recommended them numerous times and will continue to do so.

We bought our vacation home with… We bought our vacation home with Federated Lending and they were awesome ! Transaction went smooth as silk; no problems, and very informative from start to finish. Our Realtor was quite impressed with them as well after she had recommended her in-house mortgage company. When we looked into Refinancing, we called the Lender our loan had been sold to, and found out the rates were higher than going back via Federated !

The process was a bit cumbersome and… The process was a bit cumbersome and repetitive. There were times when “proof” was asked for but nothing to describe what would be accepted as “proof”. I do not believe they were overly good or bad, just average.
