Real people, real location Everyone was great and the experience was as painless as getting a new mortgage can be. I like dealing with real people with a real location when it comes to refinancing in case I have questions or problems. Bill saved me a good bit of coin by lower my interest rate on my 1 year old mortgage.

Fantastic Refinance Experience Andy Larson reached out about lower interest rates. We communicated a few times and he walked us through everything. Andy was always available when we had questions. We were able to lower our rate to 2.75% & take out $50K for home improvement projects. This was all wrapped up in our refinance process. Andy has been our financial advisor for several years and he will always be our guy! Thanks for the great service!

The process was a bit cumbersome and… The process was a bit cumbersome and repetitive. There were times when “proof” was asked for but nothing to describe what would be accepted as “proof”. I do not believe they were overly good or bad, just average.
