Real people, real location Everyone was great and the experience was as painless as getting a new mortgage can be. I like dealing with real people with a real location when it comes to refinancing in case I have questions or problems. Bill saved me a good bit of coin by lower my interest rate on my 1 year old mortgage.

The process was a bit cumbersome and… The process was a bit cumbersome and repetitive. There were times when “proof” was asked for but nothing to describe what would be accepted as “proof”. I do not believe they were overly good or bad, just average.
