The process was a bit cumbersome and… The process was a bit cumbersome and repetitive. There were times when “proof” was asked for but nothing to describe what would be accepted as “proof”. I do not believe they were overly good or bad, just average.

Our Realtor was quite impressed with them as well after she had recommended her in-house mortgage company. When we looked into Refinancing, we called the Lender our loan had been sold to, and found out the rates were higher than going back via Federated !
