We bought our vacation home with… We bought our vacation home with Federated Lending and they were awesome ! Transaction went smooth as silk; no problems, and very informative from start to finish. Our Realtor was quite impressed with them as well after she had recommended her in-house mortgage company. When we looked into Refinancing, we called the Lender our loan had been sold to, and found out the rates were higher than going back via Federated !

Fantastic Refinance Experience Andy Larson reached out about lower interest rates. We communicated a few times and he walked us through everything. Andy was always available when we had questions. We were able to lower our rate to 2.75% & take out $50K for home improvement projects. This was all wrapped up in our refinance process.
