Fantastic Refinance Experience Andy Larson reached out about lower interest rates. We communicated a few times and he walked us through everything. Andy was always available when we had questions. We were able to lower our rate to 2.75% & take out $50K for home improvement projects. This was all wrapped up in our refinance process. The process was a bit cumbersome and… The process was a bit cumbersome and repetitive. There were times when “proof” was asked for but nothing to describe what would be accepted as “proof”. I do not believe they were overly good or bad, just average.
