We were able to lower our rate to 2.75% & take out $50K for home improvement projects. This was all wrapped up in our refinance process. Real people, real location Everyone was great and the experience was as painless as getting a new mortgage can be. I like dealing with real people with a real location when it comes to refinancing in case I have questions or problems. Bill saved me a good bit of coin by lower my interest rate on my 1 year old mortgage.

The process was a bit cumbersome and… The process was a bit cumbersome and repetitive. There were times when “proof” was asked for but nothing to describe what would be accepted as “proof”. I do not believe they were overly good or bad, just average.

Pleased with our experience We were happy with our experience. Initially there was a step missed that caused a slight delay, but we couldn’t be upset because it ended up getting us a lower rate overall. We were able to sign the documents in the comfort of our own home which was super convenient and appreciated. Would recommend!
