GBTHESE ARE WONDERFUL PEOPLE THESE ARE WONDERFUL PEOPLE! My loan was a Bank Statement Mortgage Loan to purchase my residential home. I am self-employed and had a hard time qualifying for a conventional loan. We were two days into escrow, due to close in 28 more days. Not only did they get us approved FAST but also they were ready to close 5 days earlier than scheduled. Sherrie, Darrin, and Jayne are wonderful, polite, professional, and AWESOME! GBThey helped us refinance for a lower… They helped us refinance for a lower rate using a bank statement loan on two separate occasions, saving us a lot of money each time. They were able to work with us through complicated issues, like remodeling the home, one of our businesses that had begun more recently, business use of a portion of the home, getting an appraiser at odd times. They were also very responsive in dealing with various issues that came up and just needed explanation or action on their part to fix. We now once again have a lower payment to enjoy as we sit fit!
