Originating a mortgage with Asis… Originating a mortgage with Asis Lending was very easy and absolutely painless, despite the fact that it was during the peak of mortgage underwriting season. Excellent communication, everything was done on time, absolute transparency. I dealt with a number of other mortgage providers, and in most cases these other guys would come up with some additional surprise fees towards the end of the process.
