Great customer service This is the second time I have ordered silver from G&S Online. The representatives were helpful and friendly. The product arrived within one week of ordering. Deducted one star because the coins had signs of being handled (finger smudges and prints). Would have preferred that the coins were cleaned before shipping.

Gold and silver on line is regularly on line to update status of order. Afterplacing our order the company has regularly updated the status of our order. we received our order on time as they had promissed at the time of order. The container cap was not tightly closed so the coins were all lose in the bag which had scratched few coins.
