Placed my order, got very quick confirmation and was notified in a few days that my order had shipped. My gold coins arrived very discreetly packaged and in perfect condition. Fulfilled their commitment perfectly First time buyer purchasing silver Maple Leafs with personal check. Everything went as they explained and appreciated the follow up emails when check was received and order shipped. Good packaging and labeling disguised contents with the possible exception of weight. I got the product, but I am satisfied because I got the product, the down side was that I specifically only bought 48 ounces of silver to get $10 shipping instead of $15 shipping. Then I get the package 8 days later and see that the shipping only cost $7.80 or so, which means I paid more than it really cost to ship. Then less than one week later they announce new shipping costs of free shipping for 50 ounces of silver or more, which I would have done had it been available a week earlier. I will probably buy from then again, just not an outstanding experience.

There was some confusion regarding our transaction but Ms, Hardin stayed on top of the situation with numerious phone calls and e-mails. I never felt I had been "left out in the dark".
