GBReverse Mortgage refinance Just closed a refinance of reverse mortgage. Dealt with Richard Hawthorne throughout the entire process. He was very personable and caring whenever a setback came up. My understanding is my loan was his first with this company and he handled himself very well to be a new employee for them.
