Frustrating This is a Government program and understandably it was frustrating as it was unnecessarily confusing and no common sense was used in underwriting. Too many duplicate questions. How many times or ways do you have to explain your situation? I needed this loan but felt like you thought I had nothing else to do but answer the same questions over and over again and time was of the essence with my situation. I was beginning to feel as though if you stalled long enough I would give up and not complete the process. Wasn't this program designed to help people in need? My processor was kind and understanding but had to adhere to all the useless regulations imposed. I worked in loan origination for 40 years and my initial feelings about an application would tell me if it was feasible or not and what red flags were to be address in advance, not left to last minute delays. You learn to circumvent delays and avoid last minute disappointments.

Reverse Mortgage, Inc. did what AIG would not... My wife and I were very satisfied with the assistance offered from this company...and specifically Michelle Huff. Michelle was very knowledgeable with answers and always polite, friendly. Beyond that she pointed us to another professional, Harry Castilow, who assisted with details, a "finisher" who guided us through obstacles required by FHA and Fannie Mae. Very important: this Inc. was able to do what AIG would not. AIG dragged us along when we came to an obstacle "shared-well agreement" while Reverse Mortgages, Inc. guided us with information on requirements, allowing us to obtain documentation to have a successful transaction.

Abigail did a great job of handling… Abigail did a great job of handling everything from the beginning, where I just had lots of questions, to the approval and completion. The appraiser John, and the notary Ken, were great. I would highly recommend Reverse Mortgages.com, Inc. to anyone thinking of getting a Reverse Mortgage.

Early On- Final Review I'm only partially thru the process so it may be too early to give an objective rating, however, Adam and supporting staff appear to be very efficient and responsive. Will save this review and respond more fully upon completion; hopefully in early January. Final Review: Approximately 35 days into the process and now complete! Adam & Harry were very efficient and cooperative throughout! Only "stumble" was a third parties.. They answered all questions thoroughly and gave me ample time to prepare for the next step.
