We had some detours on the way to get the reverse mortgage closed but it always was the underwriter that wanted something more or wanted something changed. Early On- Final Review I'm only partially thru the process so it may be too early to give an objective rating, however, Adam and supporting staff appear to be very efficient and responsive. Will save this review and respond more fully upon completion; hopefully in early January. Final Review: Approximately 35 days into the process and now complete! Adam & Harry were very efficient and cooperative throughout! Only "stumble" was a third parties.. They answered all questions thoroughly and gave me ample time to prepare for the next step. She keeps you informed of what is going on with whatever you are working on, a reverse mortgage or just refinancing your current home loan. Michelle gets the necessary paperwork to you in a timely manner, is available to ask any questions. She encourages you to discuss with your insurance provider to make sure you are getting the best rates for your state. She checks up on you to be sure your received paperwork, any questions. She is always available and if not she lets you know if she will be out of the office but you can always leave a voice Mail or send an email. She replies in a timely manner.
