Very good dealing with unusual circumstances Both Brandi and Janis did very well in explaining the complexities of a HECM reverse mortgage. Even though years ago I was a Real Estate Broker, today's RM is a different beast. Reverse Mortgage, Inc. did what AIG would not... My wife and I were very satisfied with the assistance offered from this company...and specifically Michelle Huff. Michelle was very knowledgeable with answers and always polite, friendly. Beyond that she pointed us to another professional, Harry Castilow, who assisted with details, a "finisher" who guided us through obstacles required by FHA and Fannie Mae. Very important: this Inc. was able to do what AIG would not. AIG dragged us along when we came to an obstacle "shared-well agreement" while Reverse Mortgages, Inc. guided us with information on requirements, allowing us to obtain documentation to have a successful transaction.
