Adam Garrett and Harry Castilow were so very helpful, professional, very responsive to all the questions that arose during the difficult process. Our trust in them was very well placed. They were very knowledgeable and worked dilligently to make a deadline for us to keep our home. We would highly recommend this team for a reverse mortgage. Honesty, patience, and accuracy was displayed throughout this process. We are so thankful for Adam and Harry to guide us through. GOOD PEOPLE indeed.

Early On- Final Review I'm only partially thru the process so it may be too early to give an objective rating, however, Adam and supporting staff appear to be very efficient and responsive. Will save this review and respond more fully upon completion; hopefully in early January. Final Review: Approximately 35 days into the process and now complete! Adam & Harry were very efficient and cooperative throughout! Only "stumble" was a third parties.. They answered all questions thoroughly and gave me ample time to prepare for the next step. Great experience I found working with Reverse Motgages.com, Inc was very easy. Their staff was very knowledgeable and always available to answer my questions. A lot of paperwork involved but handled well. I especially want to thank Abigail Ladlie, Senior Loan Officer for walking me thru the process and closing my loan.

Working with this company was a great experience. I worked with Brittany Bailey. She was great. She explained everything in detail and kept me informed of status. I was very skeptical because I heard so many negative statements. Working with our loan officer everything was explained and I proceeded. It has been one of the best decisions I made. I had talked to other companies, but they did not seem to care to really explain in detail about the reverse mortgage. Our loan officer did that making me feel confident about proceeding. Frustrating This is a Government program and understandably it was frustrating as it was unnecessarily confusing and no common sense was used in underwriting. Too many duplicate questions. How many times or ways do you have to explain your situation? I needed this loan but felt like you thought I had nothing else to do but answer the same questions over and over again and time was of the essence with my situation. I was beginning to feel as though if you stalled long enough I would give up and not complete the process. Wasn't this program designed to help people in need? My processor was kind and understanding but had to adhere to all the useless regulations imposed. I worked in loan origination for 40 years and my initial feelings about an application would tell me if it was feasible or not and what red flags were to be address in advance, not left to last minute delays. You learn to circumvent delays and avoid last minute disappointments.
