We were early on over whelmed with companies attempting to provide their services. We decided on three of these companies comparing offers as they came in. Melissa was our first contact with one of these companies. Melissa provided fast accurate information as we could readily compare each companies offerings almost on the spot. We ended up choosing Melissa's company, Reverse Mortgage.com because of the early professional connection provided by Melissa and company. Once we were committed we were introduced to a young lady named Katy. Again, Katy provided the part of the process of events leading up to and including closing. Katy and Melissa really are the young professionals we hear about both in their personal life and the industry. Easy to work with this company This was my first experience in applying for a reverse mortgage. On my first contact with them I found them easy to work with. They answered any questions that I had and supplied me with the written material that I needed to get the whole picture on what a reverse mortgage implies. The application procedure went quickly right up to the closing. They were always easily contacted by phone or email and any forms requiring signatures were quickly passed to me via FedEx, and for the returns. They covered all the closing costs, which was a bonus. I don't ever expect to do this again but if I was to I would definitely go back to them.
