Easy to work with this company This was my first experience in applying for a reverse mortgage. On my first contact with them I found them easy to work with. They answered any questions that I had and supplied me with the written material that I needed to get the whole picture on what a reverse mortgage implies. The application procedure went quickly right up to the closing. They were always easily contacted by phone or email and any forms requiring signatures were quickly passed to me via FedEx, and for the returns. They covered all the closing costs, which was a bonus. I don't ever expect to do this again but if I was to I would definitely go back to them.

A Great experience from start to finish We worked with Lois and Andrea and from the first document things were explained so that I could feel confident in the process. Problems, such as the absence of a picture ID for my wife, were dealt with and solved. The task were complete and the closing accomplished with the results we expected.
