Easy to work with this company This was my first experience in applying for a reverse mortgage. On my first contact with them I found them easy to work with. They answered any questions that I had and supplied me with the written material that I needed to get the whole picture on what a reverse mortgage implies. The application procedure went quickly right up to the closing. They were always easily contacted by phone or email and any forms requiring signatures were quickly passed to me via FedEx, and for the returns. They covered all the closing costs, which was a bonus. I don't ever expect to do this again but if I was to I would definitely go back to them.

Outstanding Lois and Andrea were always available to answer any questions we had. They were both very pleasant to work with. They followed up every step of the way and gave us excellent advice on how to complete the process. They made a potentially distressing experience easy.
