DSCR Loan We used Mofin for our DSCR loan and they were excellent throughout the entire process. We were determined not to use a broker and love the fact that they are a direct lender. We will continue to use them for all of our real estate investment needs and highly recommend them to other real estate investors!

Successful investment cash out refi Secured a cash out loan on an investment property that I was unable to secure through institutional lenders. George and James were great to work with. The process was very smooth and straightforward, and we closed. I plan on working with MoFin again in the future.

Fastest, Smooth, Honest and Genuine Lender I previously closed multiple loans with Mofin and I went with a different lender this time just to give it a try and they failed me at the last minute saying that they closed on the business name which is pretty standard for a DSCR loan so I went back to MoFin and fortunately, the appraisal report was acceptable and I successfully closed the property with MoFin. I doubt anybody else would have closed in the short time span I had with the escrow/seller. George is a man of word. I loved working with Tyler, Peter, James, Fred, and Rebecca. Thank you folks.

MoFin Lending was a great experience I have closed on three loans with MoFin Lending. These were the smoothest and easiest loan processes and closings that I have had. They were always responsive with communications. Their requirements, interest rates, and fees were disclosed early on and there were no "surprises" at any time.
