Fastest, Smooth, Honest and Genuine Lender I previously closed multiple loans with Mofin and I went with a different lender this time just to give it a try and they failed me at the last minute saying that they closed on the business name which is pretty standard for a DSCR loan so I went back to MoFin and fortunately, the appraisal report was acceptable and I successfully closed the property with MoFin.
