What a great lending experience What a great lending experience! I do a lot of fix and refinance/BRRRR deals personally and for my clients and I have to say I don't think I'll be refinancing into long term debt with anyone else going forward. Competitive rates and terms and a very competent underwriting and processing team that got the job done on time. The process wasn't a huge pain in the ass either.
