Fastest, Smooth, Honest and Genuine Lender I previously closed multiple loans with Mofin and I went with a different lender this time just to give it a try and they failed me at the last minute saying that they closed on the business name which is pretty standard for a DSCR loan so I went back to MoFin and fortunately, the appraisal report was acceptable and I successfully closed the property with MoFin. I doubt anybody else would have closed in the short time span I had with the escrow/seller. George is a man of word. I loved working with Tyler, Peter, James, Fred, and Rebecca. Thank you folks.

I worked with MoFin on a purchase and… I worked with MoFin on a purchase and rehab loan on a rental property I was buying.
