Absolutely amazing customer service… Absolutely amazing customer service from Blake and the rest of the team I worked with at VA Low Rates! The previous lender I was working with were terrible at responding either through phone or email. I was able to easily get ahold of Blake and Carol through text, email and phone calls. From the very first rep, Ivan, the whole experience has been personable and professional. They got a good thing going at VA Low Rates, I will definitely recommend to friends and family!

I highly recommend Low VA Rates Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about the loan process. They answered questions , They returned phone calls same day or the next day, promptly. Ask for Matt Johnson! This was our second VA re-fi, & while the first went very smooth, this one had hiccups-mainly because it was a second re-fi on a different house. Matt Johnson was our agent, & was incredible!! He worked very hard for us & was a positive influence at every challenge along the way-there were many!
