Great service and quick shipping I have order a few items from PENN Metals. Originally I was slightly disappointed because I had ordered a morgan dollar and it should have been shipped in one day. I had to contract their customer service person to figure out what had happend. I was informed that there were a lot of orders going out and that they were just behind. I would've loved to get an email before i had to contact them, that would've been great. All in all though great service.

Excellent ... highly responsive service ... very confident in this dealer Very good experience, emails answered within 1hr. The postal service had a bit of trouble with a delivery and Penn was on top of it. Prices are within pennies per oz of all competitors and more often than not beat the others, whenever I've looked.

Great Company. Prices are great, free delivery on all items, delivery is quick, items are fantastic. Just wish they also sold necklaces, religious rounds and bars to compete with AMPEX and others out there. Thank You
