I must admit I was a little worried … I must admit I was a little worried after listening to other peoples' reviews and not hearing much about the progress of my order from Penn M., but they stuck to their plan and sent out my order. I'm impressed with the company's perseverance to continue to do what's right in the thick of family health troubles and the closing of the company when they could have actually just taken the money and run like everybody thought they did. Hat's off to Penn Metals! Hope 2017 will be a better year.

Excellent ... highly responsive service ... very confident in this dealer Very good experience, emails answered within 1hr. The postal service had a bit of trouble with a delivery and Penn was on top of it. Prices are within pennies per oz of all competitors and more often than not beat the others, whenever I've looked.

fast shipping, great prices No limits for the free shipping. They accept multiple payment methods. The silver coins I got were in pristine condition. They don't have much selection but the fact they have free shipping on every order makes up for that.

Great customer service Competitive pricing and fast shipping make the decision to use Penn metals an easy choice. I like to comparison shop when I'm making my purchases. My last three orders have gone through Penn metals because they hands down had the lowest pricing versus all of their competition on that particular day. Fast shipping and accurate order fulfillment is also a huge plus. I buy from all the various precious metals vendors based on this pricing and order criteria, and lately, it has been Penn metals at the forefront when I am making my purchasing considerations. Thank you Penn metals.

Excellent vendor I have bought from several online vendors before finding Penn Metals. I have, so far, made five flawless purchases from them. I will not spend much time shopping around in the future. They consistently had the best prices for what I've wanted and their service has been excellent. I just pre-ordered 2017 Queens Beasts and will buy 2017 American Eagles from Penn Metals when they become available for shipment.
