I must admit I was a little worried … I must admit I was a little worried after listening to other peoples' reviews and not hearing much about the progress of my order from Penn M., but they stuck to their plan and sent out my order. I'm impressed with the company's perseverance to continue to do what's right in the thick of family health troubles and the closing of the company when they could have actually just taken the money and run like everybody thought they did. Hat's off to Penn Metals! Hope 2017 will be a better year.

Excellent ... highly responsive service ... very confident in this dealer Very good experience, emails answered within 1hr. The postal service had a bit of trouble with a delivery and Penn was on top of it. Prices are within pennies per oz of all competitors and more often than not beat the others, whenever I've looked.

Been nice doing business, you will be missed. Always A+ service when buying or selling coins. Recent shut down was surprising and they way they are handling it is better than anyone could ask for. Received notice of cancellation and got full refund promptly. Best wishes.

Criminal!! I sent a cashiers check for a substantial amount of money and have not heard anything since dec 16th, as mentioned by everyone else in here I was told my order or refund would be sent by dec 23rd... at this point I'm working with the BBB, the Texas attorney general, financial crime division of the FBI, and U.S. postal inspection service. For their sake, Hopefully this gets resolved before drastic measures need consideration...

WOW! I have never been happier than I was when I checked my mailbox to see that I had received my Queen beast two-ounce silver coin. I'll tell you that after waiting the month for my preorder to come I was more anxious than an 8-year-old on Christmas eve. Although my wife has left me I know have a Queen beast two-ounce coin to kiss before I go to bed each night. Thanks, Penn Metals!
