I love the free shipping on any order which a lot of the other big companies have a minimum amount for free shipping. Excellent! Better than expected! This was my first order from Penn Metals... several tubes of 90% silver coins. I expected they might be heavily worn and in fair condition. They were in fact excellent -- the vast majority in very good condition -- and packed in hard plastic tubes, not paper rolls! The price was right, they shipped promptly, and they were well packed. A real person answered the phone when I placed the order, and she was very knowledgeable and courteous. I had tried several local sources in the past -- gold/silver exchanges, pawn shops, coin shows -- none even came close to Penn. Their product, price and service couldn't be better! WOW! I have never been happier than I was when I checked my mailbox to see that I had received my Queen beast two-ounce silver coin. I'll tell you that after waiting the month for my preorder to come I was more anxious than an 8-year-old on Christmas eve.
