Great service and quick shipping I have order a few items from PENN Metals. Originally I was slightly disappointed because I had ordered a morgan dollar and it should have been shipped in one day. I had to contract their customer service person to figure out what had happend. I was informed that there were a lot of orders going out and that they were just behind. I would've loved to get an email before i had to contact them, that would've been great. All in all though great service.

honest, reliable, rapid shipping. I have placed several small orders for silver coins as I can afford them. Other companies limit the low prices to 1 item. Other sites advertise free shipping on all orders but when I went to order it was free only on orders over $100.oo. Why the lie? None of that with Penn Metals. Honest free shipping when advertised and no annoying phone call from salesmen as other companies do. Just hassle free ordering and great service with quick shipping.

Excellent! Better than expected! This was my first order from Penn Metals... several tubes of 90% silver coins. I expected they might be heavily worn and in fair condition. They were in fact excellent -- the vast majority in very good condition -- and packed in hard plastic tubes, not paper rolls! The price was right, they shipped promptly, and they were well packed. A real person answered the phone when I placed the order, and she was very knowledgeable and courteous. I had tried several local sources in the past -- gold/silver exchanges, pawn shops, coin shows -- none even came close to Penn. Their product, price and service couldn't be better!
