prop firm Been with FFN over 2 weeks now. My experience so far, has been wonderful. They really want you to succeed and become a better trader. Setting up your account it's very easy. They have a normal and express evaluation. The rules really help you be consistent and become a better trader. A lot of prop firms have big discounts, but they are relying on you failing but FFN wants you to succeed. Their customer service it's excellent, you can literally set up a call or chat online if you have any questions. I'm now on the exhibition account and can't wait to update this review on how my experience has been after 1 month. Give FFN a try you won't regret it.

FFN is great! Funded Futures Network is a great prop firm in my personal opinion to choose out of all the others because of the rules they have set in place for traders. Not to mention their fast customer service and the welcome calls you can book to walk you through and answer any questions you may have!

subscription refund We had a mix on my subscription and my account was charge I called them and they refunded me right away.

The very best in the industry. This company is not only focused on being transparent but also focused on supporting traders. Payout are explained and processed quickly with no strange rules or hoops to jump through. I am grateful for the work FFN is doing for this industry.

Exceptional customer support The user who goes by “Thousand” who is a support rep for FFN helped me figure out multiple things I was struggling with, regarding the FundX platform, including a major issue I had been trying to resolve for 2 days. Turns out it was user error :) he was a great help and very knowledgable. Very happy with him! Turns out my data not loading was due to 1 simple cluster setting. Volume Analysis settings -> General -> Delta Calculation Type needed to be set to Default (Aggresor Flag) For some reason I changed it at some point to Tick direction. He had me send over my template file and he figured it out within an hour. Everything is running smooth now, I figured out the SIM vs. Eval data issue, charts are almost completely set up exactly how I want them. So far the reputation of fantastic customer service FFN has to offer has proven to be true multiple times. The discord is very active with FFN reps answering questions in a timely manner. They even do a zoom onboarding call with you to show you everything about the platform and answer any additional questions. Truly top tier. I have only had my FFN accounts for a couple days, but so far I have only positive things to say about FFN. FundX definitely has a learning curve to it, just like any platform. If you are considering switching prop firms, or even trying to pick your first one, I highly recommend FFN. They also have the best payout structure in the game.
