Lawsuit against FFN scam firm Lawsuit against FFN scam firm! I'd give zero star. Kevin, Jay, Thomas & Alex charged my 3 bank cards multiple times total $9000 then kept deleting my accounts. I passed 18 evaluations & 12 exhibitions accounts. They claimed its dashboard maintenance glitch, asked me to wait 3 weeks, but later Jay stopped replying, I opened a ticket Kevin closed it and banned me from discord. I've reported them state attorney & FBI cyber fraud.

Exceptional customer support The user who goes by “Thousand” who is a support rep for FFN helped me figure out multiple things I was struggling with, regarding the FundX platform, including a major issue I had been trying to resolve for 2 days. Turns out it was user error :) he was a great help and very knowledgable. Very happy with him! Turns out my data not loading was due to 1 simple cluster setting. Volume Analysis settings -> General -> Delta Calculation Type needed to be set to Default (Aggresor Flag) For some reason I changed it at some point to Tick direction. He had me send over my template file and he figured it out within an hour. Everything is running smooth now, I figured out the SIM vs. Eval data issue, charts are almost completely set up exactly how I want them. So far the reputation of fantastic customer service FFN has to offer has proven to be true multiple times. The discord is very active with FFN reps answering questions in a timely manner. They even do a zoom onboarding call with you to show you everything about the platform and answer any additional questions. Truly top tier. I have only had my FFN accounts for a couple days, but so far I have only positive things to say about FFN. FundX definitely has a learning curve to it, just like any platform. If you are considering switching prop firms, or even trying to pick your first one, I highly recommend FFN. They also have the best payout structure in the game.

prop firm Been with FFN over 2 weeks now. My experience so far, has been wonderful. They really want you to succeed and become a better trader. Setting up your account it's very easy. They have a normal and express evaluation. The rules really help you be consistent and become a better trader. A lot of prop firms have big discounts, but they are relying on you failing but FFN wants you to succeed. Their customer service it's excellent, you can literally set up a call or chat online if you have any questions. I'm now on the exhibition account and can't wait to update this review on how my experience has been after 1 month. Give FFN a try you won't regret it.

The fact that you can request money on your first day trading on a funded account and have it to your bank in minutes, was my experience at least, speaks volumes for the integrity and seriousness of this company. My experience with FFN!! I stumbled upon FFN on my constant quest to improve my trading skill. When I decided to take the evaluation I first spoke with Jay. I greatly valued Jay’s and Kevin’s honesty, hard work, dedication and transparency to their company; built from the ground up with every effort to focus on building the company “the right way”. I did my own research into the company and decided that FFN was the kind of prop firm to stand by their traders and be there at every hurdle and answer every question (something you don’t find often). I later decided to take their mentorship program and was taught invaluable information. I was guided and mentored to manage my risk, use patients and ultimately view the market in a whole new light. All with the constant one on one guidance of Jay and Kevin. I cannot speak highly enough of FFN and the support you’ll receive doing business with them.
