They aren’t just a prop looking to collect fees, and they really do model their program to prize risk management which is key to any successful trader. I’ll update my review after a year or so to update.

The evaluation period is set to make you the best and consistently winning. Daily multiple withdrawals right into your bank changes the game becausenot many are doing this. I definitely have no complaints.

INFFN have lived up to everything they've promised! Besides giving me a sweet subscription deal when when I signed up with them at the start, FFN have lived up to everything they've promised since their launch. Their tech support is super prompt and they're always obliging with advice on how to make the most of the platform. Special shout out to Kevin, who proactively got on a call to offer me some tips. Looking forward to going live with them and trading to the moon.

GBExceptional customer support The user who goes by “Thousand” who is a support rep for FFN helped me figure out multiple things I was struggling with, regarding the FundX platform, including a major issue I had been trying to resolve for 2 days. Turns out it was user error :) he was a great help and very knowledgable. Very happy with him! Turns out my data not loading was due to 1 simple cluster setting. Volume Analysis settings -> General -> Delta Calculation Type needed to be set to Default (Aggresor Flag) For some reason I changed it at some point to Tick direction. He had me send over my template file and he figured it out within an hour. Everything is running smooth now, I figured out the SIM vs. Eval data issue, charts are almost completely set up exactly how I want them. So far the reputation of fantastic customer service FFN has to offer has proven to be true multiple times. The discord is very active with FFN reps answering questions in a timely manner. They even do a zoom onboarding call with you to show you everything about the platform and answer any additional questions. Truly top tier. I have only had my FFN accounts for a couple days, but so far I have only positive things to say about FFN. FundX definitely has a learning curve to it, just like any platform. If you are considering switching prop firms, or even trying to pick your first one, I highly recommend FFN. They also have the best payout structure in the game.

GBGreat Experience! I have had the best experience of customer service support from Thousand at FFN. Thousand was more then helpful, very professional and highly knowledgeable. He resolved my problem despite having to work through a lot more issues then anyone originally anticipated and did so with humor and more patience then I thought possible.
