I contacted other providers who spend a lot of money on TV ads. The ads are misleading because you must be near death to make things happen. Geof could not have been better to me Geof could not have been better to me. Very patient. I would email him with 'just a couple of questions' and proceed to write several very long messages. He always got right back to me, followed by more messages from me. I really needed this settlement and felt like he was on my side. I just poured my heart out to him. Normally not something I would do, but felt comfortable enough with him. Unfortunately my settlement didn't come through but definitely felt that he had done as much as he could. I believed him when he said that he was sorry that it didn't come through and would check up with me to see if anything changed with my medical issues.
