Satisfied Customer Corporate Capitol Solutions was a great experience. Overall the process was straight forward, reasonable and lived up to what we agreed to at the start of the process. However, I did have a few surprises that did not make the experience 5 stars: 1. The firm conducting the appraisal was not from the area and as a result it came in at an amount that was very conservative. 2. A few terms of the loan were a surprise on the day of the closing. I suggest Corporate Capital confer on firms to use for the appraisal process for secured loan and that all terms and/or process issues that may delay loan funding be disclosed upfront.

Rental Refinance Second time using CCS, and again did not disappoint. Refinanced one of my rentals in record time, with nearly no work on my part. Regardless of project size, I can’t say enough about how nice it is working with these people. Caitlin & Michael, thank you again. Looking forward to the next one!
