They worked hard, spent many late nights together, put up with my craziness (yes, entrepreneurs are a special case) and found a solid solution to our lending needs. This was our largest loan to date! Looking forward to expanding the business and a continued relationship with CCS.

Satisfied Customer Corporate Capitol Solutions was a great experience. Overall the process was straight forward, reasonable and lived up to what we agreed to at the start of the process. However, I did have a few surprises that did not make the experience 5 stars: 1. The firm conducting the appraisal was not from the area and as a result it came in at an amount that was very conservative. 2. A few terms of the loan were a surprise on the day of the closing. I suggest Corporate Capital confer on firms to use for the appraisal process for secured loan and that all terms and/or process issues that may delay loan funding be disclosed upfront.
