Patience and perservernce won the day Joe, Michael, and Cailin were professional and kind. They worked me through a difficult refinance with lots of glitches. There were many times I thought the refinance was a lost cause, including a change of lenders, but their patience and perservernce won the day.

A good resource for your non-traditional loan needs.... Corporate Capital went out of their way to help my client get his existing rehab loan paid off with a new refinance of the existing construction loan. Not an easy deal and they were most helpful in finding a way to get this closed. Very good communication and they move quickly to resolve conditions.
