Satisfied Customer Corporate Capitol Solutions was a great experience. Overall the process was straight forward, reasonable and lived up to what we agreed to at the start of the process. However, I did have a few surprises that did not make the experience 5 stars: 1. The firm conducting the appraisal was not from the area and as a result it came in at an amount that was very conservative. 2. A few terms of the loan were a surprise on the day of the closing. I suggest Corporate Capital confer on firms to use for the appraisal process for secured loan and that all terms and/or process issues that may delay loan funding be disclosed upfront.

I'm a very small business, and it didn't matter, they treated me with the same level of support as the big boys. Great Experience! We missed out of the first round of funding for the PPP and were seriously wondering if COVID-19 was going to be the end of our company. CCS worked hard, and dealt with my constant calling and emailing, and got us an amount that we're incredibly pleased with.
