Prompt and accurate After ordering $ 100 FV 90% silver last week, the bag arrived today. I counted the coins (quarters) to be sure of the exact count and that none were post 1964 clad style. Shaky at First but I understand the security measures I was super excited to order from them. They ended up canceling my order without notifying me. I told them I’m a new customer and didn’t even try to keep my business. They told me the only way for me to order is by phone and I can’t even pay via my checking account because they flagged it as fraud. They couldn’t tell me the exact reason why it was declined. Update: really impressed with the response from them. I was able to sort out the order issue and the CFO personally called me to make sure I don’t have any other issues. I will update again once I get my order.
