Shaky at First but I understand the security measures I was super excited to order from them. They ended up canceling my order without notifying me. I told them I’m a new customer and didn’t even try to keep my business. They told me the only way for me to order is by phone and I can’t even pay via my checking account because they flagged it as fraud. They couldn’t tell me the exact reason why it was declined. Update: really impressed with the response from them. I was able to sort out the order issue and the CFO personally called me to make sure I don’t have any other issues. I will update again once I get my order.

May want to avoid Monument Metals - revised review UPDATED 4-9-24 I placed an order with Monument Metals on Wednesday 3/27/24. I wired the full cost of my order to Monument Metals the next day, 3/28/24. Monument Metals confirmed they did receive my wire payment on 3/29/24 and told me "the order will enter the shipping queue immediately." Today is April 6, 2024, 8 days since Monument Metals received my payment. The order has yet to start the shipping process! Unbelievable! I have ordered Precious Metals from other online Metal dealers over many years and NEVER had to wait this long for my paid in full order - to be shipped. For example, the same day I placed this order with Monument Metals, I also placed an order with a different online Metals dealer, SD Bullion. My payment to SD Bullion was also sent via wire on 3/28/24. By contrast, SD Bullion shipped my order on 4/1/24, and it was delivered 2 days later, on 4/3/24. It was a very smooth no hassle process with SD Bullion and other Precious Metal dealers I've dealt with over many years. In my opinion, Monument Metals has a problem delivering their product timely as compared to other online Precious Metal dealers I've dealt with. I called Monument Metals the day after they received my payment as I never received their shipping confirmation, which they said I would receive the next day. I was told the order is still in the shipping queue. So I asked if they could check if they have the items I purchased in stock. They checked and said yes, they do have it in stock. Then why aren't you shipping it?? There is obviously a problem with their inventory, or ability to ship orders that have been paid in full. My concern is they don't have the products in stock that they're selling. Buyer beware with this company!!! I won't be using them again. UPDATE 4-9-24: The CFO, Daniel Lee, of Monument Metals reached out to me after learning of my review on Trust Pilot. I give Daniel Lee credit for doing that. He wanted to know more about the situation to help train his staff better & hopefully avoid repeating the mistakes made with my order. Daniel apologized for the errors and delay his company caused and assured me he would get my order out the next day, which he did! He also offered to personally handle any future orders if I decide to give them another try. If I do decide to place another order with this company, I will definitely take Daniel up on his offer. Given Daniel's desire to make things right, I would raise my rating to 3.5 stars for now.

buy from here!! I purchased a 1 oz. gold coin on November 1st via ach. Although the payment cleared the next day, they sat on sending it out until a week later, thus ensuring the shipment would be sent over a holiday weekend. The upshot is it was misdelivered by usps, and now I am out over 2 grand. Disappointed, to say the least. For God’s sake, don’t deal with this mess. Get your metals from a local dealer. Update: Although I was supposed to sign for the delivery, instead usps left in my mailbox-though they said I signed I did not. So MM complied with their stated procedures. Sorry for doubting them-they had always been reliable before.

They beat that other so-called lowest price company by well over $1 per silver ounce minimum. Transactions were smooth, deliveries were free, fast, and discreet. This is the only company I will buy my silver and gold from. Also the only company I can personally reccomend to friends and family.
