They are always trying to bring you new/good deals and new product options. The CEO/founder is active on Twitter, Reddit, and in general in the precious metals space. I used to shop at some of the other bigger names but have made all my purchases with Monument Metals for the last year or so and the prices & overall experience have been 1000x better. Highly recommend.

I made my 2nd precious metal purchase… I made my 2nd precious metal purchase ever through Monument Metal. Their online prices are very hard to beat and for me, they are a local company. I can pick up my items after work, making it easier to hide from the wife than getting things shipped to the house. ;) Customer service through the entire process was great. I will continue to use MM for my precious metal purchases as long as their prices and premiums remain lower than others.

Brand new silver stacker .My first order for Constitutional silver dimes placed 4/8/2023. A shipment date of 4/28 was indicated. I received it 4/13. I placed a second order 4/8 and UPS advises 4/16 delivery (this order was "Pre-Delivery 4/28). OUTSTANDING! I, really, liked the return address on the packaging, MM MACHINE PARTS. Prompt and accurate After ordering $ 100 FV 90% silver last week, the bag arrived today. I counted the coins (quarters) to be sure of the exact count and that none were post 1964 clad style.
