Best mortgage/refi experience yet! My experience with loan snap was great! I loved how user friendly their entire system was. It made uploading the large amount of normal documents you typically have to upload super easy and straight forward. The documents were also reviewed and approved super quickly! I was a little skeptical about using them at first because I had never heard of them before, but I’m very glad I did! They saved me a ton of money and I couldn’t have do e it without them!

Good rate, bad rep The rate was good but the rep failed to give me a heads up on the steps regardless of how I asked, only the NEXT step. As a result, my fiance now is on the deed to our home which is FINE but it would have been NICE TO KNOW!

My loan officer made the whole process… My loan officer made the whole process positive, there were some minor glitches but they were handled quickly. Overall an excellent experience the ended up saving me nearly 200K IN INTEREST CHARGES!
