Everyone responded quickly and kept us updated throughout the process despite the time change difference. They were also very accommodating with my busy work schedule.

Smooth Application Process The process was pretty smooth despite that we were quoted a wrong loan at the beginning and that there were some issues with the income to debt ratio calculations that we ended up getting a lower loan amount but with a little better rate. The software that was used was easy and simple. We uploaded all the files that were needed and as needed on any given time. We would say that this had saved many days off the whole process. The people that we worked with were sincere and honest.
