Good rate, bad rep The rate was good but the rep failed to give me a heads up on the steps regardless of how I asked, only the NEXT step. As a result, my fiance now is on the deed to our home which is FINE but it would have been NICE TO KNOW!

Good day I have had the worst… Good day I have had the worst experience with this company ,I applied for a Loan and was told that they need to verify that my salary goes into the account after taking my money out of my account they sent me a notice saying that NCR has put my LOAN on Hold due to them wanting to pay an amount of R2000 for insurance purpose if not paid then the loan will be returned to the company.....i do not understand since when does NCR ask people for money so they can receive a loan not to talk about the fact that they put your released Loan on Hold

Could use some improvements The experience was overall 4 out of 5 stars. We started with a call for all the information about the loan. The rest mainly was done through the portal from asking questions, uploading documents, questions and answers. I did wish that the team could’ve requested all the document during the 2-3 weeks of waiting instead of the last week before the close date. Other than that, everything else was good.

Fast, easy refinance. Excellent service We worked with Justin. He and his team provided excellent service. They made the whole process so easy, it was painless, and worry-free. They kept us informed during the process so we know the progress. After 15 days, we got the loan. We had fantastic experience with Justin and his team.
