Amazing Staff ! I appreciated the constant updates ! The smooth transition from step to step . My realtor Laurissa Martin was above amazing as well!!! They all were patient , understanding, and transparent! Nicole & Jill, amazing ladies couldn’t have done this without you . I only spoke to the loan originator once or twice , that was Zach . I would have like to been able to communicate with him more , however the ladies who handled my paper work answered all of my questions and got me where I needed to be.

Come here first. After two discouraging years dealing with banks, we spoke to Amber Smith at the Smyrna TN office and got more information on exactly how to improve our situation than the bank seemed willing to share. We only spent three months of hard work following her advice and were pre-approved to finally start looking for a home. Less than two and a half months after that, we closed on our house. Amber helped us through the confusing parts of financing and made sure we were on the right track. If anything went wrong, she communicated immediately and we got it fixed fast. Thank you so much again!

Close at your own risk Finally closed on loan today but beware of doing this at the Smyrna office. They do not believe in masks and Covid-19. No one was wearing a mask and got comments from the loan officer basically telling me I didn't need to wear one. It was the most uncomfortable experience me and my wife have ever been through. I will never deal with this company again and if me or my family get compromised because of these ignorant individuals I will see them in court. Looks like all you are is a number to them to make money off of and they do not care about your personal health.
